Was lucky enough recently to find an original bracelet too!

Nice watch but even better profile pic. Newman in the Colour of Money.
Thanks mate! Yep had just watched the movie again when I joined OF - brilliant performance by Paul Newman imo.

Yours is cool too!

When I was 12 I went to America. I found a Spanish movie poster of that film and bought it.

Not the most photogenic times of day but real life and I was happy that I got outside today.

Loving this GMT. It's not a function that I really 'need'. 2nd time set to the UK (family) as I'm in Australia. I certainly don't need the 24 hour bezel as well. I bought an aftermarket bezel (the GMT bezels won't take standard Seiko inserts) and a (more traditional Seiko style) diving timer insert whilst the watch was ordered and on the way but still haven't got around to changing them (not unusual for me!).

Bracelet is extremely comfortable but could do with a slight link removal/adjustment to make the rather long internal parts of the clasp sit even better on my wonky wrist. We'll see how long my procrastinating delays that too.

Dial is actually a lovely grey; is that a thing? 🤣. Will have to get some decent photos done.

Cyclops is actually good now that I'm an old boy.

These were supposed to have been (one of three) US only when they were released but have started appearing in local shops recently.

Well, this 7T62-0CN0 has been in my drawer for so long I quite forgot I had it - and certainly not worth the hassle of selling it …

…. so, I spent £2.50 on a pack of ten batteries and it runs as good as it did when it was an impulse buy about ten years ago 🤔

When I initially saw this 7005-8000 I noticed that the minute markers were alternately different heights. I wondered if it was a redial and spent a bit of time looking at other 8000s before deciding that it was a design feature
