Unfortunately, I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my dial. OMEGA is currently processing a replacement request.

I think asking for a photo of the replacement dial before the service is completed is a brilliant idea and I am glad to here that Omega has obliged. Mine is also missing the line under the foot and the completely zipper line, but is otherwise a very nice example with clean lines and clear details. I would hate to swap it out and be disappointed with the replacement!

You must also acknowledge the risks involved with the replacement operation, even conducted through Omega watchmakers.

Just out of curiosity, for the replacement dial to happen, was the watch taken an official omega boutique or can an authorized dealer handle this?

secondly, given that our dials are missing the zipper, would you not want to keep this dial for long term purposes as being more rarer?

26 pages of much ado about nothing. Accept it as production variations and live with it.

Poor quality is seldom rewarded long term. A good, well executed dial will always be preferred over a weak, ill defined dial. I predict as these Snoopys enter the secondary market and collectors become more aware of the variations, dials with lesser definition will be price adjusted. Downward. How much, tbd.

Accept product variation for a watch at this price ... sorry but no 😕

If you're satisfied with yours, that's great, but for me it's just not normal.

As most of the Speedy treads, this one should have died 24 pages ago.

And with watchmakers of other brands.

If I was a prospective buyer of a Snoopy 50, would OMEGA service disclose if parts were replaced if I were to provide a serial number for them to check? I know Rolex does not, but curious about OMEGA.

So just to let you know Omega refuses to change my subdial again. They said mine was acceptable and meet their standards.

A little disappointed with this experience 🙄

Not surprising. Your replacement dial addressed the foot and zipper issues. It looks good to me. Wear and enjoy it.

Of course I will 😌

It's not that bad, but I wish I had known before buying it.

Snoopy alert! Genesis Diamonds AD Louisville Ky has a NIB Snoopy 50 as of right now 10/18. Call Wes or Chase if you want to try to snag it. It has zipper and foot line too.

Regrettably, the OMEGA boutique in Japan has determined this is within their standard for a normal product. Since it's OMEGA, I feel I have no choice but to accept it.

So your dial with no zipper, missing foot line and generally light lines overall is being declared acceptable and they won't replace it?

Contact Omega directly and not through the boutique as I have done. You have an international warranty, my watch was bought from a boutique in China and the dial was replaced in Qatar / UAE.
