路I maybe should have bought the summer blue. I like the Poseidon case back. It was only $300 more...
I may make this a daily wear, saving the moon watches for special occasions.

I'd highly recommend that you go to your local Omega Boutique and see how it looks on you. The Summer Blue SMP 300M Diver is a stunning timepiece as I have said many times 馃槑
I'm out of watch buying money. for some reason, the summer blue (i tried it) looked a little off at certain angles and my wife liked the blue watch better. So, it was a good second choice.
I've never seen the summer blue dial in person. I can see where it would look quite different depending on certain angles. I'll check it out next time I'm at my local boutique. When I bought my blue SMPc (no-wave) this was not an option, only black or blue. Now it's wild how many color options are offered!
To each their own. The regular blue SMP 300M Diver is still a beautiful watch. When I tried it on, it just didn't seem as nice as my Brosnan Quartz Goldeneye SMP 300M Diver.
When I saw the pics and videos of the Summer Blue, I just had to go and try it on in the Omega Boutique. When I had it on my wrist, I knew right there and then it was the watch for me.
I'd highly recommend trying on the Summer Blue SMP 300M Diver in person, as Omega watches look better in person than they do in Omega's catalogues.
The 1st gen SMP-C is a beautiful watch, I've seen them around in HK in both blue and black. The lacker dial, applied logo, markings and indices look really nice on the SMP-C, and makes the SMP-C stand out on it's own when compared to the other SMP 300M Divers.
I can finally contribute to this thread having been so envious of some of the watches on show.
My first Omega, I
I am always amazed how the Seaweed Green manages to look black most of the time
