If it's a brand new movement, I think a name like TH11 would be more fitting. TH20-11 makes it sound like it's a TH20 with some tricks up its sleeve.
Every new movement will have TH20-xx
Even the Rattrapante uses the TH20.
Maybe a way of distinguishing in house movement?

The Rattrapante is the TH81.
The Solargraph is the TH50.
