How do people rate JLC?

Out of interest, how often do you wear a DJ? I ask because I am thinking of getting one "just in case". but it was LONG time since I wore one.
Often enough to need one, but the black tie invitations come in fits and starts.

...and here are the pics. This is the first iteration of the Master Moon, the current ones have better legibility on the date ring and a redesign of the way the rotor looks.

This is a Master Ultrathin Moon, correct? The first generation of Master Moon is a completely different watch...here's the one I had:

Ultra thin is less complicated. This is the Master Control Calendar. I own this in RG.

The watch I owned was the original "Master Moon". It was replaced by a model JLC called the Master Calendar, which had a power reserve indicator on the dial. The watch shown by SpikiSpikester is not the first Master Moon as his post stated.

Right. The power reserve was ugly IMO. Edited my post. Went back to JLC site. Master Control Calendar.

To the OP: congrats, the master control is a real beauty. I saw one in person last week and was pretty impressed.
