Hello !

Just purchased Tag Heuer connected calibre e 5 /45 MM and connected to my Samsung s25 Ultra.
everything works fine. only problem is the Notifications Haptic. witch is very interesting and same time weird.
call vibration haptic works fine and felling on my wrist perfectly. but when coming text messages, emails, then haptic is super weak.
cannot even fell on the wrist.
I tried almost everything: I did factory reset of watch, disconnected and reconnected to the phone again. nothing worked. the problem is steel there.
any suggestion guys ? hot to fix that?

Very likely it's not weak vibrations, but no vibrations at all. Also on Android (Fold 7), get call notifications, get few others, and then no vibrations for many other notifications, only get the dot on the bottom of watch face.
Known issue on Android. And based on comments above, it doesn't seem that it's important for Tag to fix it. Back to 2010 when companies released for iPhone and ignored Android.

Same problem for me and it seems many, many others. I am having to factory reset and reconnect my e5 to my phone every day and I lose my health data in the app when I do so. I have not had this issue with other smart watches. Tag need to fix the software asap.
I have an iPhone 14 and up to date iOS. Come on Tag - you’re supposed to be a premium brand and this is simply not acceptable.

Last update on mobile app do not solve the topic. Maybe a bit more stable, but still from tine to time mobile app disconnects while BT and notifications still working

Update just released.... I'm installing now!
Just installed update, nothing visibly new. Not even a single new watch face. 😢

I do see it kept my step count after the update and restart. That’s a good bug fixed it seems.

But still have the bug that sunrise/sunset just sits “…” trying to load if you do not also have the weather complication. Which is doubly ironic, as sunrise/sunset is listed under Astronomy, not Weather in the complications list.

Wlhen i rise the rist, mainly on white watch faces, the watch make a litle flash, and don't open smooth. Does anyone have the same problem?
