·Mid-late 1960's "Medico-Compax." Some similar examples have "MEDICO-COMPAX" on the dial, a late reference to the UG-Zenith-Martel nexus. There is a current thread about this model at O&P: Zenith Medico-Compax.
18K rose gold case, 35 mm in diameter. Mine does not have "MEDICO-COMPAX" on the dial, but it does have the pulsometer ring and caduceus on the case back. The design of this caduceus is identical to that of the symbol of the U.S. Army Medical Corps.
As pointed out in the O&P thread and in Wikipedia, the caduceus with wings and two snakes (the staff of Hermes) is commonly misused as a symbol of medicine; the correct symbol is the rod of Asclepius - one snake, no wings.
Inside is the Martel-derived Cal 146 D:
