Looking for a doctor's watch, its for my sister who's in her second last year of med school, ideally something automatic with a pulsation scale on it, not anything extremely expensive, just a few hundred ideally. Show me what you've got!

A Speedmaster Reduced or Schumacher with pulsations bezel ? With a funky coloured dial too ?
