Is that one of those controversial Marina Militare watches that were extremely high quality approximations of Panerais and were banned from production... and later discussion on some other watch forums?

Wore the AP reference 5279 caliber K2120 to work....



.... and now the Ω reference 14.703-1 caliber 562 around the house.

Its actually one I put together
