Hope everyone is staying safe and doing well. I am interested a few things posted for sale and cannot buy do to my account being restricted. Is there a minimum number of posts before that can happen?

You don't need 200 posts to buy something. Just send the seller a PM.

Ha, looks like I read your post too quickly after dealing with other sales threads ! You can't sell, but you can enquire privately if you want to buy.
