What watch?

Going on a trip to the Middle East in Sept. After Ramadon are the best sales, should still be sale time. Last time I bought a Breitling Chronomat with UTC for $1200. Any high end watch model would be available, still on a working mans budget. what would you look for?

If there's still big dicounts to be had, I'd fancy looking at the Bond 50th Anniversary Seamaster.

There is defiantly bargains and discounts to be had here in Saudi at this time of year, I shall be venturing to the malls once the eid celebrations subside a little.
