I recently acquired a member's very early Ed White 105.003-63 with Alpha Hands and a Ghost Bezel.

I like any of the old Heuers that show real use. they are survivors that need cherished by the new owners and the A & F are rarer by the minute to find.

What would lead to a pretty (used loosly) ghost bezel like this. What I mean is that it wasn't a bunch of scratches or it doesnt look like that since you can still see all the numbers. how did it get like this.

Needless to say, I really like it
