What do you call this style? It isn't Military is it

I'd say a variant of the Outdoorsman.

very nice dial, whats the case size on this one?

33mm right? Where has this been to be so minty? 馃憤

Yes 33mm 馃憤

Looking patiently, you can still find watches in good condition. This is from 1942

sorry, not to hijack, but I think there are at least three sizes on these, the largest is the Outdoorsman for sure, I'm not sure about the smaller two but they seem related. I have small, med, large, and looking for a new dial on the large, which is why I was asking questions, because I want that dial, lol. I've been studying them a bit, trying to understand variations in the dials and sizes. The left case is 32mm, the middle case is 34mm and the right case more like 35mm but you can see the dial and hands are different sizes on all three. I can't tell if the one posted by @bubba48 is the middle or right type dial, but I think it's the larger size on the right. The middle crystal is so yellow its hard to see if the 24hour numbers are blue, but I THINK they are. But then there are the variations in the #4 font. Another wrinkle is the left and middle of these are cal 267 and the right is cal 263. People tend to call them military (the 267s), but just out of habit I think, not fact.
Left case is 20505, middle case is 20506, right case is 20721.
Bubbas case is #7, larger baseplate, and a 263, so I would say it's an outdoorsman for sure. Mine is a 101XXX serial, interesting that your #4 font is different than my outdoorsman (and Larry's), but the same style as my smaller 267s.
Fascinating stuff, I will continue my dial hunt..........
