Hi Archer/Al

Wishing you a full and speedy recovery as although I don't know you personally and live across the Atlantic I have really enjoyed reading many of your posts and seeing examples of your excellent work across many fora and hope to continue to do so for a long time to come.

Again wishing you all the best for now and the future.

Marc

WTF is that!!

The worst example of hospital food I could find online. Apparently the hospital staff couldn't even identify what it was supposed to be...

Wow Al I'm glad you are okay and recovering from the scare. Best wishes to you for a full and quick recovery.

After seeing the thread title I was thinking you we going to stop servicing Omegas. Glad it was nothing as serious as that.

Get well soon. Take your time, the bench can wait.

Hi Archer

Another stranger from England would like to echo all earlier sentiments and compassion. I have enjoyed your massive contribution to the forum and if our collective best wishes were to the equal you'd be recovered and discharged by now, would it be too much much to wish you a Speedy recovery, a Seamaster recovery at the very least. . . . . . . . . . . . ?

What are the nurses like?

😉

I hope they're catering to your every wish and taking good care of you.

No need to worry about work mate, just focus on recovery, that's your prime objective now.

Cheers

Jim

Doesn't sound good, to early for a complication like that in your age!

Less work and more work-out! 😀

Get well fast, will you!

Sorry to hear this Al but you're in the best place for it at the moment.

I guess the stockpile of whiskey will take a bit longer to get through now.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery.

Wishing you all the best for a quick recovery Al.

Try not to spend too much of you downtime on eBay though. You'll quickly end up with a hole in your bank balance and a pile of parcels at your door!

We'll just thought I should let you guys know that if you have a watch with me for service there will be some delays. On Saturday afternoon I had a heart attack, and I'm obviously still here, but there will be some recovery time and the schedules I have promised people can't be kept.

I am currently bored out of my skull sitting in the cardiac care unit, and I hope to be going home sometime this week.

So for those I'm working with some patience would be appreciated, and hopefully I'll be back to work in a few weeks.

Cheers, Al

hi Al,

sad ad to hear that. I'm new here so don't know you. However here's Wishing you a speedy recovery. Your rare talents are very much in demand.

You've had a crappy year when it comes to health. Take your time, make sure you are right before taking on anything strenuous. Best wishes....

"May the road rise with you" ...old Irish proverb

Cause I have a watch I need you to look at when you get out!
