Wanted Cal 5 or Cal 16 head boxes

I have managed to source both the Cal 5 and Cal 16 but sadly neither of them come with the box that you can place just the head in and come with a normal watch box. Just wondered if anyone has one or two they are willing to offer up for sale my way ?
