Vulcain Nautical experts out there?

Hi. I have been looking for one of these and now have a double opportunity. First the first. Here are pics of the outside and the movement. The two don't add up to me. Outside looks too good to be other than the reissue. Inside looks like an old movement but not like ones i've been able to find on the web. Any idea about serial numbers on either the old ones or reissues? Many thanks. Bill

I need to check things out when I get home, but I believe some reissues used nos movements. And I remember thinking that they did not look very impressive...
