Ah yellow gold............ 🤦 So Omega only produced early Grand Luxe with yellow gold, rose gold and platinum? None with white gold?
I think I should edit my post above with platinum.

A white gold one on a leather strap (without the bars above the lugs, sold at the Watches of Knightsbridge sale last Saturday at a hammer price of £3,000. Lot 281 if their catalogue is still on their web site.

Did you buy anything? I considered the textured dial 2752 but the premium makes it expensive!

I might have bought a couple - hints about one dropped elsewhere on this forum. The other one was a real cheapo that I HAD to buy because it was so me.

What? No Globemaster?

It's just a Constellation without the name.

I'm quite surprised there's not one in Museum somewhere,

Yes.......... no Globemaster and its story (lawsuit about Constellation name) in the museum. I think most effort goes to Moon landing story and event surrounding it. The other only got limited real estate and attention.

The Globemaster is actually located in the American/Morris annex, behind the privy at the Bienne Municipal building
