The chronograph in the medicus section you pictured is the cal. 33.3 with the screwback case. And the centenary with the fancy lugs is a model made for the Philippine market. The round TDMP in steel looks NOS including the original strap. The 35.5mm rose gold scientific dial Rg is the watch presented to omega's swedish agent Martin Lodenius - it was also the 10,000,001st watch omega produced.
Interesting that Omega created special model for Asian market back in 40s. I know they created the jumbo case Connie for Asian market especially Japan in 1970's.
