The watch is legit, but as @Mark020 noted, the dial has been tampered with and repainted. If you have specific questions, I'd suggest posting in English, as this is an English-language forum.

Dear colleagues, I am starting in the world of watchmaking. The other day I bought this beautiful Omega automatic watch. However, I have not been able to compare it with a similar model. Therefore, I am writing to you to find out if it is an authentic Omega or a fake. I apologize for not including photos of the interior, but I do not have the necessary tools to open the back cover. Best regards and thank you for your help.

It is a genuine Omega, however as has been noted, the dial has been re-finished (re-painted/re-inked).
When you are able to remove the caseback take some nice clear photos of the movement and the inside of the caseback, these will give you information confirming the details of the watch.

All the information is in the photos. If you have questions, feel free to ask them … preferably in English, which is the language of this forum.
