Color me skeptical of the dial's originality - but not all the way to doubtful. Something looks off about the SWISS MADE and the north / south crosshair.

Neat hacking feature, huh? Looks like Death's sickle.

Is this a cal P478/BWSBr? Looks like the one in this picture, though the seller's picture is too blurry to see anything to the right of 'P478'. If it is, then its truly a chronometer.

Hmm, was this a E168 Geophysic? The pictures in Zaf Basha's book show a dial with just arabic '12' and '6', but apparently there was a version produced which had crosshairs, and arabic 3,6,9,12, plus crosshairs. The description in the link above seems to fit this watch, which would make this a rather rare crosshair vintage Geophysic, according to another source, but it may also mean that the hands are wrong.
