There's this vintage JLC I'm looking at on Ebay and has an interesting dial.I've never seen this type of Jlc dial which makes me believe it may be a redial or maybe not original; the odd thing is that on the case, it says Lecoultre "cased and timed in the USA"and i'm surprised that the dial says JLC and not just Lecoultre. So I was wondering what you all thought. I'm not sure whether to pull the trigger. I'm very suspicious of this watch. But I'm not an expert. I'm just learning still. I'm a newbie.

Definitely a redial. The original dial said “LeCoultre” to match the case and movement.

I have seen originals of this model.

There are watches with JLC on the dial and LeCoultre signed cases, but these are generally steel or 18K solid gold and are marked Swiss Made inside.

This example is has a U.S. made case and a Swiss movement.
