Vintage 10k gold filled Omega ladies watch

Hi. I received this watch from my mother. I believe it dates to around 1972. Here is a link to an auction site that has the exact watch, however, the one I have is missing the back of the band where you can adjust the strap. http://www.secondtimearoundwatchco.com/watches-for-sale/omega/7380

Can anyone tell me the approximate value of this watch, and is it worth it to get the band fixed?

Value isn't terribly high I'm afraid, not sure about cost to fix, we probably need pictures first

Thanks for your quick response. Here are a few pictures of the watch. It works fine, it's just missing a clip on the back.
