Looks OK. The case might have been refinished at some point. Not a big deal if it was gonna be for daily use.

Ok, and what about the bracelet.
Never saw a Polerouter with original band.
To ascertain that it would be helpful to get inside clasp shots. Very often Gay Freres made these steel bands..

It certainly looks like a Gay Freres, and the endpieces are marked in the GF fashion.

Here is a picture of the clasp (don't have the inside) :
LouS, have you got a better idea, Gay Frères or not ?

That is a GF design on the clasp, but it is the inside of the clasp that has the answer.

FWIW, I think it's a good buy - well-played, Guillaume

Love the bracelet and clasp, those UGs and Zeniths with the logo lengthwise on the clasp really appeal to me for some reason

Thanks, I don't have this case design. The watch seems to be thinner than other Polerouter. it has the caliber 69.

I receive the watch, the band is a Gay Freres.
It is also engraved 3/66, is this for march 1966 ?
Can it date the watch, case back numbers are missing.

Actually, I believe that "3/66" on these means 3rd quarter of 1966, so the band was made between July and September of that year.

Highly likely that the band is original to the watch. I wish the case serial number was still there, but you can't have everything.

Looks very nice,
