Hi, is this a redial?

The huge misalignment of the lume makes me think it is?

Sorry. Let me get some more photos, I am still working out how to upload them all.

Is it normal for the UG logo to be printed like that? Like shouldn't it have a metal logo?

text looks legit. Polerouter date 869..series have printed logos. Just counter check the rest of the watch.
