Yes, definitely relumed, but very likely original hands.

I thought that there were only arrow hands on Polerouter with "lumed inner bezel" but this one has a classic bezel, may be a combination sold at some point. Other than that it's a bumper movement which seems legit.

Yes, I should have been more clear. I meant that the hands are likely genuine UG hands, but, as you suggest, possibly not correct for this particular watch.

I think that there is a good chance that they are original. It is true that most appear with the type of inner bezel that you have referenced, and most seem to show up in gold or gold capped cases. But given that this is an early Polerouter, I don't see why the hands couldn't have been a part of the original watch.

I would, however, be suspicious of any Broad Arrow hands on a later (micro-rotor) example.
