UG Boxes supplied by manufacturer.

Hello all,

I approached a fellow UG collector concerning gathering information about which type of boxes were supplied by UG in the 40s, 50s, and 60s. I recently acquired a Compax without the coveted box, hence my question. I've seen a number of boxes, such as the large red box, the slim blue or grey boxes. I would like some help in determining what would be the correct box supplied with my watch.
