I've bought one of those octopod systems. Only just fitted so no review but first impressions are good.

Cool! I've been eyeing the octopod because I like parachute/elastic straps. Let us know what you think of it after you spend some more time with it.

I just tried this pot for the first time. A buddy has one and I have to say I really liked it. Congrats to all the owners and love some of the strap ideas too.

I have recently got an Orange strap from Atelier Romane which I am very happy with - the Velcro one that it comes on is fine for when you’re in the water but not the biggest fan .

Awwww mannnn!!! So.... many.... nice..... watches!!!!

Originally I wanted the 42mm titanium Pelagos with the matching titanium bracelet.... now I've got all these beauties to drool at and try to decide on. I tried on the new Red Bull Racing watches in Japan and they're both pretty fantastic!

Will I regret it to miss out on the Ti bracelet if I go the FXD way? Decisions, decisions.....

Popped into my AD for something else, with no intention of looking at watches…but…the Red Bull display made me double take. It was inevitable after trying it on, so grabbed it!

Nice one - love the fxd watches. The blue is my fave but I like them all. They’ve had a black one in my AD window for over a week with not a sniff. I’m half tempted to get that too as these wear so well

I am interested to try the chrono one at some point.

Cheers. I very much like the Blue too. Was the one which got me looking at the Pelagos to start with.

Be rude for you to leave that Black one in the window…

Chrono does look cool too, I have to agree there.

This how I wear mine, elastic straps mainly or on a gray nato. The OEM straps are brand new as I find them horrible both in design and wearability

Mine is on an erikas for the foreseeable. I’ve also got a couple of omega natos which I like. I do like original fabric, but the rubber billows out the side and is not for me at all….

How do you feel about this watch two years later? Did you still wear it often? Have other pics of it on different straps?

Wow, I just realized that I posted in this thread two years ago about the Red Bull chronograph which developed into this duing my June visit to Japan.....

Loving the ruggedness of this watch for working out, swimming, etc. but not a huge fan of the strap. I have an Octopod red/blue/grey nylon strap/clasp on it's way to try out so will post more pics later.

Compared to the Black Bay chrono I have, I much prefer the fact I can pushactivate the chrono buttons without having to unscrew them first!
