Trying to identify this El Primero

Hello
I am fairly sure that this is a A386 MK3. (232EXXX)

BUT:

1. I've never seen the blue seconds dial
2. The outer tachymetre dial is usually white.

Can someone bring me up to speed on this version and how rare it is (or not...).

It's an A3817.
Would you by any chance know, how I could look up by the case number (232EXXX) when it was built ?

Unfortunately the picture is in black & white, but you can see some info on this model in Manfred Rossler's book on Zenith

So 71~72, OP could maybe mail Zenith customer service to see if they are willing to check the serial?
