Just took one right now for you. I’ve been meaning to wear the watch.
Beautiful watch, although I noticed that the months are in English and day is in French.

I didn’t ask the auction house about the discrepancy, but noticed that too.

I wonder if someone just liked that dial style, and it was only available in English?

The auction house is confident the case was made for the this movement and dial.

I would guess that the day wheel was changed out at one point in the watch’s life.
