Agree with you 100% that there needs to be some clear structure brought back to the model range- a logical positioning and model progression. I'd start with some rationalisation (either invest in new Grand Carrera and Link or discontinue). I like the idea of a quartz-only F1...that's what I mean when I say a logical positioning. The new F1 automatics are nice, but how are they positioned versus the Aquaracer automatics?

Agreed on that, and get rid of the Link or turn it into a modern S/EL 😀 Golf isn't cool

+1 on bringing back the Autavia. I would love to see a CY2110 re-issue of the classic Siffert Autavia with a Heuer logo.
