Hi chaps, after a few years of falling out of love with watches I’m diving back in! 🤦
I’ve always loved the 3000 series and I’m on the hunt for one… there’s a full sized

Thanks! I was gonna go on to ask if there is anything to look out for and if its possible to swap the ESA movement out for an ETA?

Most ESA branded movements have a modern compatible movement. You'd need to provide the exact caliber reference.

Not sure you'd need to unless there's something wrong with the older movement.

I’ve seen one that needs replating that’s all gold and a black one with a knackerd movement….. let me find the details😀

You might want to check to make sure all the little balls are still in the bezel edge...

Oh and I thought they were part of the bezel!
Apparently there are two different balls. First version fell out and the second version broke off. What Rob says, so check carefully. Sometimes they are also painted black to hide the wear. Good luck with your search.
