TAG Heuer Monaco V4 stopped working

I bought the watch off a friend of mine a few days ago and so far wore it twice. Theres been no issues until today.

I went to eat sushi and wore the watch. During the trip I took it off and set a time that wouldnt block the logo so I can take photos. After dinner as I was driving home I took it off at a red light to reset the time and after noticed the balance wheel and hears not spinning. I wound it a few times and nothing. Seems like it broke out of
the blue and now I am not sure what to do.

What if its a simple winding issue not movement itself

I sincerely doubt that anyone in an online forum will be able to give you some quick tip for how to easily fix the issue. This watch and movement is very uncommon and even initial identification of the issue will require expensive specialists from TAG Heuer, after which you will receive a quote of how expensive it will be to service and repair your watch.
