TAG Heuer Connected E4 Golf app keeps getting stuck: "Are you sure you want to end this round?" Yes!

I purchased the Tag connected version in 2023 and was initially really excited since I have a couple of Tag watches and they are all great. Since that time I have had to send the watch in for service at LVMH on three occasions. My main problem is that when my round ends, and I get to the screen "Are you sure you want to finish this round" and I press "Yes" nothing happens. It's stuck. On some local courses that I play repeatedly, the watch is stuck on the previous round and does not orient to the current course as well as the location on the course. The result is that I end up only using the iPhone-based Tag Connected app. The second problem is that the app and the watch generate two different readings generally speaking, and they are both on my person (i.e., watch on my wrist and phone in my pocket). The iPhone-based app might say 82 yards to the pin and the watch says 78 yards. I have found the phone is generally more in line with the garmin watch and rangefinder readings from my friends and fellow golfers. The watch is great looking and has some cool features which I love, but the Connected software is not up to the challenge at present.

I’ve gotten this problem on mine before. I don’t have a real solution, but holding the crown down and forcing a restart seems to get it out of that screen for me. Sorry I don’t have a better answer.
