I went down the drawer of my father and found this piece.
I have had serviced , new glass and bought an origal Heuer wristband online.
What is the value of this watch?
And also there is no serial nr on the back but i am sure its no knock-off.
Found à lot of simular watches but not this specific type.View attachment 164000 View attachment 164001 View attachment 164004 View attachment 164005 View attachment 164006

Not 100% on this one. Here is what I would expect the watch to look like (ignoring the bracelet that you've added)

I wonder if the dial has been retouched? Look at the "12" at 12 o'clock and the style of hour markers used

Looks like it has been build up out of several parts, the dial and hands are from a 256.006, see here from Calibre11's Catalog section Catalogue 1985/86:

But case and bezel are from a 274.006, and the bracelet is from a later model 2000.
Value? Sentimental, but I would insure it for US500,-

So it must be a build up watch then.
Will do some more research on this one.

Although who would rebuild these watches?
Is it not possible that it is a model that is just not in the catalouge.

Thanks guys

Had the guts to open my Heuer to take a look under the hood so to speak. ETA 555.112 , 7 Jewels.

That's the right movement. Yes, think that it's as simple as a changed dial. Could have been water damage to the original, could have just been a collector who wanted to swap dials.

The most unlikely scenario is that TAG Heuer did make this model as you have it- can't recall having seen one before and there is nothing in the catalogs. What is the case number stamped on the back?

This is the backcase that in on right now, i think you are right that this watch is been taken apart by some collector.

This is the backcase that in on right now, i think you are spot on that this watch is been taken apart by some collector or is been replaced by the official Tag Heuer dealer.

Think so. I'd agree with @automobilia42 that the watch began life as a 274.006

Either way, looks good to me 😉
