I've had aftermarket casebacks like that on several Speedys without issue from a magnetic perspective, just don't put it near a strong magnet if you can avoid it but that goes with most watches that aren't specifically highly resistant to magnetic fields.

What I would keep in mind though is one I bought from a reputable watchmaker at the time for my Rolex Daytona failed a pressure test due to a leak between the sapphire and the steel ring, I never pressure tested the Speedy casebacks as they were on old watches I considered non-water resistant anyway but I returned the Daytona one and bought from another seller, though that second one I never fitted to the watch.

Most watches don't have an anti-magnetic shield. I wouldn't worry about it. If you see your watch is running extremely fast it may be magnetized and you can take it to a watchmaker to be demagnetized. It literally takes less than a minute. You can also buy your own demagnetizer. Just make sure you know how to properly use it. See video below.

I have an Elma demagnetizer that's better than the blue demagnetizers. But it's way more expensive. With two clicks of a button I know my watch is properly demagnetized.

As dsio said, the bigger issue is the seal that you get. I would recommend getting the watch dry tested for water resistance. Any good watchmaker will have the tools to do it quickly and inexpensively.

I've never used an aftermarket caseback on an Omega so I cannot opine on the quality of the caseback you are considering. I actually prefer solid casebacks so I've never felt the desire to switch.
