It's not a browser issue. I had the same thing happen (I think). When you put in your address, be sure to uncheck the "Ship to a different address" option. If you simply leave it blank it will keep sending you information requests.

That worked a treat! Order confirmed 馃榾

No luck until I cleared a fraud notice from my credit card company. I guess they're suspicious of Payplug charges to random French accounts.

I had the same. My CC company sent me a text to ask if it was me that tried. I said yes and they said to wait 10 minutes and try again. I waited 15 minutes and all was OK.

Give them a call. I was trying to use a MasterCard and it wouldn't process. After a couple of tries I got a fraud alert email from my credit card and had to pre-approve the transaction before it worked.
