Sourcing replacement crystal for A3736

My A3736 is in for service, and my watchmaker noted some internal cracks on edge of crystal. He does not have a spare in stock and I'm looking for a proper replacement crystal. No luck on Ebay and searching the Web.

Does anyone have a recommendation on where to source a replacement acrylic crystal for the Super Sub Sea?
