Got a Cosmic incoming - here's a cell phone shot:

IMG_0321-1.jpg

It's either a 750 or 752, and Tommy (Wetworks, who has the watch now) says the dial is nice. I need both movements anyway, and the dial is the most important part to me so it might be a keeper. Looks like a 166.036 which would be a 752 according to page 291 of AJTT. Now I gotta make sure my watchmaker can get the correct crystal.

Gold plated. It's a pretty cool dial with a little different set of indices than I have now.

Congrats Dennis. There's a lot to like about that dial/indices design. I'll be interested to see what sort of silver tone the dial shows up as in your photos 😀

Quite nice, Dennis. Will you send it to Omega or a watchmaker?

Nice project. For whatever reason, the dial makes me think of the Rolex Rhodium dials (like on Datejust's, etc), not that they really share many similarities.

Thanks James. It won't go to Omega for sure - it would cost too much. It might go to Jesse on my next trip there.

Nice project.

Thanks Trev. No big secret that I like these C-cases. I think it could come out really nice depending on the case.
