Service times

Hi guys,

Anyone know how long service and repairs are taking these days? I sent my formula 1 off to tag and they've not even acknowledged they've received it yet even though it was signed for 10 days ago. I know it can take several weeks to get the watch back but I'd like to think they would at least confirm they've got it and give me a price by this stage.

You may have to call them and ask about status. I had a reasonably good experience with TH service back in the spring, but some members have had issues since then.

Very disappointed. Sent my watch to them in May. Still don’t have it back and can’t trust the status provided on their website.

Several yeas ago, I sent my 1163 Viceroy (purchased new) to TH in early August and received it back mid December. They did a nice repair (mechanical & cosmetic) and it working great again.
