Seiko-Moeris

It’s my understanding this Japanese Imperial Navy Seiko utilized a Moeris movement modified by Seiko, namely the Seiko-Moeris 10 ligne. Unfortunately attempting to use a stem designed for a standard Moeris 10.5 ligne was unsuccessful. Anyone have insight as to which Moeris caliber uses a compatible stem?
