Has arrived!

Packaging is good, the inner box, while not "haute horology" level, it's well constructed and serves the purpose.

First impressions?
It's a very substantial watch quality wise. Fit and finish are excellent, the deep blue dial looks almost black in some light.
The bezel has a slight dome to it and could even pass for ceramic with a high polish. The blue/black gives an instant indication of day/night using the 24HR hand.
Bracelet has polished centre links and has a little flexibility so it's not too stiff. The release tabs are covered by the top latch so it's a nice safe system that precludes inadvertent opening.

A close up for you, sorry about the dust specks.

I'll do a more detailed review later.

I've been contemplating one of these to use as a beater instead of constantly wearing my 116710LN (or my speedy) 馃檮

Congrats!

I saw the two other versions today at a shop (yours had sold out already), and it's an impressive watch. Definitely a lot of bang for the buck.

Congrats on the purchase and wear in good health.
I'll be very interested to hear about your experiences with this watch, in particular it's timekeeping performance. It's a watch that's on my radar right now.

This is a winner from Seiko. I have a Padi turtle and their dials (especially blue) are really well made at that price point

I like the way they did the crown guards.
