Its a pretty normal 4206 based watch, typically on teh smaller size (4206 is typically a ladies watch movement). There are literally thousands of models that use this movement (like with all seikos), so there isn't going to be a huge amount of resources on it.
That one seems to have lived a tough life, and based on the day wheel, probably came over from the middle east (IIRC that is the arabic word for 'sunday').

Serviced and in good shape, these tend to be about $100-$150, perhaps a little less thanks to the older movement.
In that condition, and with unknown functionality (and a less popular day wheel), Id bet it would get 25-30 from someone wanting it for parts, though that might take a while.

·Case is very damaged. Gold plate worn off on front. Not worth cost of servicing. If it runs just wear it but don’t expect any price more than parts

·I serviced a similar watch for my girlfriend. Check if the automatic works! Because often the automatic teeth get worn of often. You can find 4206 a and b Movements on ebay for around 30€ for parts. The balance is the rare part i assume.
