I wish you guys would stop listing watches that are beautiful, but not what I've decided I'm collecting....

Take a look at the experienced vintage collectors here - most of us have at least one example of those style watches. It should tell you something.

In case I wasn't clear, I was trying to imply the stuff you have is so good I keep getting tempted to veer off plan. Not sure that came across...

now, Im

Thanks for steering me here. Very nice timepiece. For now, I'm gonna take a breath, regroup & decide which direction I wanna take. I'm kinda liking the chronometer or chronometre, whichever way it's spelled. But, I'm not opposed to a watch as clean as yours. Especially favor those from reliable sellers...forum members. Just gonna take a little time to watch & wait.😁

The 752 is the same basic movement as the chronometer 751, but without the certified status. It can be regulated / adjusted to meet chronometer standards. I've got 2 non-chronometer vintage Omegas that smash modern COSC standards.

The "now buy something" of course was a joking admonition. We don't want of foist anything on you guys at all. Seriously.

You need to start by saying... "good afternoon, my name is Stuart and am a watchoholic" 😁 Hey!I have a software to block all the pictures that are posted here by these guys....I'll send it to you, it may help you to recover from your watch addition before is too late.....

Good idea, especially for an enthusiastic newbie like me👍. Sorry to admit, it's already too late. My winder runneth over.

I think my mind would just fill in all the gaps and I'd keep going. Good thought though.
