Hey everyone:

There aren’t too many threads about Royce watches out there. Or really very much information about Royce at all. I have had my eyes on getting for a while, but am looking to learn more. I really like the chrono in the attached picture, it has the Valjoux 72 movement. Anyone know much about these chrono?

Yeah, I also think the price is way too steep, especially for the dial condition.

It went for more than 4000$ despite in very average condition. But a valjoux 72 remains a valjoux 72 and the cost of the valjoux 72chronographs exploded.

Hi everyone, can someone tell me something about my watch. I bought it on a auction. Does it have a value and maybe when and where it's produced? It looks brand new, I have the original wristband left wich is black and Royce written in it with gold letters. This seems to be the right place to ask questions.

Most likely less then you paid for it. Looks like a cheap quartz piece from the 80’s.

I know it's a manual, it doesn't have battery and I didn't pay that much for it as I think you think I did😀.

Related to the confectionery?
Sorry, don't know what you mean and how it's relevant? You and I probably live in different parts of the world and Enligsh is not my first language and I'm not related to the confectionery😀

Do you mean that the watch is related to a "candy" maker? I know there is exactly the same watches out there with ESKA written instead of ROYCE.

Yes I was wondering if they are related somehow.

Ok, I understand your question, but I don't think so. I have seen pictures on the Internet of exactly the same watch but with ESKA written instead of ROYCE. I have found very little information about this watch and I thought maybe someone could give me the correct information. I have found three earlier auctions with a quite expensive result. I wasn't even close to pay that amount of money. Hope someone have a clue.

Hi all,

I have a platinum eska which has been passed down to me. No idea what the model is or how much it’s worth etc. Has anyone seen this Eska before?
