I saw somewhere that there were other watches found later - not only Rolex, some high end brands. They now think thieves might have ditched the watches and got on a train.

Burglary followed by an urgent need to ditch the evidence perhaps. It worries me that they say the other two are off-brand, if two are Rolexes, the other two could well be Patek Philippe or something and the constables wouldn't know any better. If you handled an old Nautilus and didn't know that PP was special, you actually would think its a cheap watch.

If these watches are from a stolen hoard i'm hoping Rolex will suitably reward this guy ??.

Probably with £50 Marks And Spencer (M&S) Vouchers !! 🙁
