Hi,
My Zodiac tripe date moon phase is moving 10s fast and I would like to adjust it a little better. Not being used to this type of regulator, I would like not to do anything stupid. This is a Zodiac 74 movement as pictured.
How do you go about adjusting the regulator on this movement? Thanks

Your regulator is already jammed at full retard, so there is no way of slowing it down.

I don't wish to sound condescending, but if you didn't know that, or don't know how to regulate a watch then your next steps would be to the watchmaker for a movement service.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. The photo of the movement is not mine. On my watch, the regulator is in the center so I can adjust my watch. I know how to do on a classic regulator (and I have always obtained good results with my watches). It's just that it's the first time I see this type of regulator and would like to know how to adjust. My Zodiac have been serviced few years ago. The amplitude is good. So no need to be service...
To regulate, should I unscrew screw A then push B or not touch screw A and just act on B... Or do otherwise?
Thanks

Screw A is a hod down / pressure spring.
B is the regulator arm, it should move freely with a push from a plastic probe.

Great. Thanks you. So I don't touch the screw and just put a little pressure on the regulator. Many thanks
