Question re: tricompax bezels

I am new to the vintage watch game and really have fallen for the UG tricompax model ref 881101. I read somewhere that the case is the same as that of the omega speedmaster from that era with twisted lugs and similar bezel. I have noticed that a lot of watches that are offered have great dials but the bezel is pretty beat up. Is it possible to replace the bezel of this model? I have searched online and can't really seem to find a replacement bezel specifically for UG, but a ton of replacement bezels seem available on ebay for speedmasters. If I bought a replacement bezel for a 60s-70s speedmaster would that work? Thanks everyone for any advice and for the informative posts I have read on omega forums regarding UG!

the case is not the same - it is significantly smaller. Bezels are not interchangeable with the Speedmaster for that reason.
