Hello all,

Greetings from Belgium

I am happy to join this community, already learn a lot of things and will try to share my knowledge as well.

I am a omega enthusiast.

Here my collection:
Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional 145.022 from 1984 (I am a vintage lover). With long S & R.

Omega Seamaster Geneve if I am not wrong.

Omega Geneve automatic Jumbo Tv Dial ref: 166.0190

Omega Constellation Quartz Octogon from 1982 with paper ref: 196.0064 actually in revision for a new glass.

And also an Ebel in White gold but I don't know the ref.

I join you a lot of photos.

Welcome! Nice to see someone embracing the 70’s era watches. I find them a bold statement of the time and very underrated.

Hello! Thank you!
Definitely the Speedy was my dream, I was looking for a 35905000 with Long S & R from 88, like my birthdate but after two years of deception, I find this 145.022 unpolish in really good external condition with a good price from a professional and I decide to add it to my collection.

The Omega TV dial is also special, really vintage one, external good condition & need a good service, I don't think I will keep it all my life but if I see another vintage around the same price (+- 550 eur), I will try to see if I can sell or trade it for another timeless omega piece.

Thank you for the compliment.

Hello, I am totally agree with you, the vintage 70's watches are underrated & the new one take so many inspiration from them. I don't think I will ever buy a new watch, I need and I like history.

I try also to share that on instagram.

It's been a while since I've been on the forum and I'm always surprised by the information you can learn on it.

I'm doing a little update on my collection:

- My new daily is this 1960064⁣.

- I found also this Plymouth Chrono with a Landeron movement but I decided to sell quite quickly, I didn't have this special feeling.
- I also buy and sell this Oris pointerdate, my wrist is too big for this watch in his vintage version.
- A beautiful F300 HZ Cone 198.0012 that I offer to my father.
- I trade this Universal Genève with the Omega De Ville.
- Then I also found this Seamaster Mariner II but I had an opportunity on a Gallet Mutichron Up & Down and sell it again to make it happen.
- I also buy and sell this Omega Geneve Gold-plated, definitely not for me gold plated.

So all those transactions to finally keep a beautiful Chrono Gallet with a Venus movement, a magnificent Tissot PR516 with a Lemania movement that I am busy restoring for the moment and I still have the Zenith sub-second Dial.

Have a lovely afternoon,

Christos

Welcome to the forum! Wonderful collection and what a great 145.022 you found. Congrats on the find! I also am looking for a 1988 birth year watch and I can sympathize with how challenging it is to find one. Happy reading!
