Not a pp guy but this has a nice, classic look about it!

Hi Bill...Having a little experience with Patek simple time-keepers, somethings never change:
1.) Condition
2.) Originallity
3.) Movement
4.) Model #...As you may know some of these older Pateks' are very desired, and they command high prices ;-(

This appears to be a non-restored small-second dial with gold applied markers including the second track...+1
It also appears to have the original PP 18k. tang buckle...+2
Good Hunting, Miki

Other than the your issues with the "swan neck", I have concerns with the stamping on the buckle ;-( What do the experts say?

I don't see "Swiss" or "Swiss Made" at bottom. Could this be an old redial? Just not sure about it.

Can the swan's neck be replaced for less than a king's ransom?

I have been looking for a swan neck replacement for my ref.96 for more than a year, they are hard to comeby!

It looks like this ref didn't have Swiss or Swiss Made on the dial :

In case it helps, here is the rest of the description I have available. Judging by the serial no Bill's example was made in the mid-50's. No idea about value though...

Took me a good while, but I finally found one with the same (non-"Swiss") dial.

The above example has the Cal. 12-400 movement without the adjustment language and Geneva Seal:

I really don't know if it makes any difference on these watches or not.

Great score!
