Polerouter 20360?

Dear all,

May i know is this watch is 20360? And did the lume on the dial normal or the owner reprint them?

I notice the crown is not original, is it hard to find a replacement?

To me the dial seems original.
The crown isn't easy to find. There are several types; you should check which one is correct for your reference.
